Taunton School seeks to appoint a well-qualified, inspiring and enthusiastic Head of Computer Science & ICT to lead its vibrant Computer Science and ICT department from September 2025.
As the Head of Computer Science and ICT at Taunton School, you will lead the department through effective planning, communication, resource management and organising of the curriculum to further enhance its reputation, results and student uptake. In addition to promoting enthusiasm for all things relating to Computer Science and ICT around the School, you will be expected to provide stimulating, well-planned lessons and to deliver an exceptional educational experience. You will also be expected to contribute to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the school.
As the leading subject professional, combining expertise and energy with a clear vision and first-rate communication and administrative skills, you will motivate and fully equip students taking Computer Science and ICT qualifications.
