Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Maintenance Electrician to join their team in Burnley. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across the site.
Location: Burnley (static)
Salary: Competitive (up to £40,000 depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent

An average day will include the following:
9. Carrying out general tasks and electrical PPMs
10. Emergency lighting testing
11. Monitoring the BMS system
12. Finding faults and reactive work when required
13. Complying with health and safety legislation/policies
14. Providing a quality service to customers and contract holders
An ideal candidate will have:
15. A full UK driving licence
16. Formal Apprenticeship and formal trade qualifications in an electrical field
17. A City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar
18. 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations
19. Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
