Salary: £23,839 pa (FTE £28,837 pa), includes rent free onsite accommodation
Working Hours: 31 hours per week average - split shifts. Term time 38 hours pw, 10 hours pw during school holidays

We are looking for an on-site caretaker to join our Estates Team as part of our Ofsted rated outstanding provision. You will be working to ensure that the school site is opened and closed safely and securely each weekday, plus one weekend day on a rota basis to oversee hirers and to be on call in case of emergency. The role comes with rent free accommodation on site.
Due to the nature of the role the ideal applicant must have maintenance experience, hold a full driving licence and work well independently as well as part of a team. Experience of SEND environment or with SEND students would also be advantageous.
