Description
APPRENTICE ADMIN / CUSTOMER CARE DEPT - Monday - Friday 9-4pm (one day per week at college). (This will be a full-time permanent position after apprenticeship with the right candidate).
We are a family-run plumbing contractor based in Co Durham, working with our building/construction partners to install plumbing in new houses. We are a small team in a family-run business and are looking for an admin apprentice to work within the customer care department. The role involves a wide range of tasks within a very busy department.
All training will be provided, but we are looking for an outgoing personality who will fit in with our small team of coordinators. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Answering calls to customers
2. Answering emails
3. Updating plumber diaries
4. Calling customers to book appointments
5. General admin duties
6. Ad hoc projects as assigned by the customer care manager
7. Basic accounts
Requirements
We would like experience in Word and Excel, and emails. The candidate must be confident and articulate in their communication. GCSE in Maths and English is essential.
Entry Requirements
Training will be provided.
