Duties

5. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
6. Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
7. Assist in managing reservations and handling billing inquiries.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
3. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
