Due to exciting growth, a leading, national business are looking for an Organizational Development to improve their workforce development. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects. This would suit a HR or L&D professional with experience in organisational change and planning.
The Role:
Identify opportunities for organisational improvement through analysis and evaluation
Implement an effective one-to-one process across the business
Work with managers to ensure up-to-date job descriptions for all roles
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps
Manage L&D programmes, including in-person training delivery
Support the Senior Management Team in reviewing and optimising departmental structures
Provide specialist advice on managing organisational change
The Person:
Experience either within human resources, learning and development or organisational development and change
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
Experience and passion for learning & development (ideally in blue-collar sectors)
Strong planning and project management abilities
Understanding of change management methodologies
Proven training/Coaching/mentoring experience
Ability to engage and build trust quickly across teams
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in responding to evolving priorities
Experience in developing online learning content (desirable)
Driving licence
