Description
* Maintain the debt ledger across one or more operating entities
* Ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
* Process customer payments accurately
* Proactively resolve price mismatches, quantity disputes, and promotional invoice queries
* Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve any queries
* Collaborate with the sales team on overdue accounts
* Raise credit notes with authorisation and maintain detailed account notes for reporting
* Provide cover for colleagues as needed
* Assist the management team with ad hoc requests
Profile
* At least 1 years credit control experience or finance experience
* Previous FMCG experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills with team members and senior stakeholders
* Adaptable and flexible to meet with demands
