What you’ll do
We're recruiting for an FCA Compliance Advice Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team here at Vodafone UK. As an FCA Compliance Advice Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a robust compliance framework to meet our FCA regulatory obligations and deliver great customer outcomes.
Wider responsibilities will also include, but will not be limited to:
* Provide support and guidance to the 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) on FCA compliance requirements, including review of materials where appropriate.
* Manage oversight of 1LOD by means of regular contact, updating of regulatory change, review of MI and escalating issues of concern to the FCA Compliance Advice Senior Manager.
* Support the interrogation of FCA regulatory submissions to identify areas of concern and follow up.
* Manage the provision of advice and guidance on FCA related policies to the 1LOD, including identification of breaches.
* Support the design and delivery of relevant FCA training & competence requirements to all staff.
* Engage regularly with Compliance Monitoring colleagues to advise on upcoming FCA regulatory change, compliance interpretation changes and policy changes.
Who you are
* Expert knowledge of governance, FCA compliance programmes & risk management.
* Experience implementing and/or managing FCA Compliance processes and controls.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a clear track record of translating ideas and information to all levels of seniority.
* Builds relationships within and across departments with a collaborative and consultative mindset.
* Adept in the utilisation of the MS Office suite.
