Due to continued business growth, we are looking to bring all our digital services in-house and are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing based in either our Marlow or Manchester office to take charge of this phase of our journey.

What will the Head of Digital Marketing at BWP do?
As a new role for the agency, you have scope to make the role your own, but your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
o Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
o Create and implement cutting-edge digital campaigns across various platforms (including paid media, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and more).
o Manage the end-to-end campaign process from brief to delivery.
o Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to meet both client and agency objectives.
o Analyse campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
o Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and innovations, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into campaigns.
2. Building and leading a team of digital marketing specialists - and outsourced providers - to deliver high-quality work and high-impact results
o Take ultimate accountability of your team, work and performance.
o Act as a mentor and teacher to the team, leading by example and facilitating personal development of staff through guidance and training.
3. Relationship building and growing your clients
o Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring alignment of digital strategies with business objectives.
o Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with senior client stakeholders so BWP is seen as a valued and respected member of their extended digital team.
o Attend and present at client meetings and understand the bigger client picture.
o Identify additional opportunities to grow margin and standing; sell in new projects and ideas to clients with passion and enthusiasm; work with colleagues to drive account growth.
What do I need to showcase in my CV to stand out?
For this senior role, we are looking for someone who has:
* 8+ years demonstrable experience of using digital marketing to elevate clients’ brands, enhance their online presence, and drive measurable business results.
* At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership/managerial role and the ability to inspire and mentor a growing team.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in creating and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) who:
* Has a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Has proven experience with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
* Takes a data-driven approach to decision-making and has exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Isn’t afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things.
* Is passionate about creating an environment where you and your colleagues thrive, develop and grow but also have fun and fulfilment.
* Makes a positive impact – on our clients, colleagues and community.

* Can be office-based in either our Marlow or Manchester office two/three days a week.
