Customer Service Representative – £12.00 per hour
Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester | Temporary Position
Join a trusted company as a Customer Service Representative, handling outbound calls and booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to customers to arrange and schedule appointments
* Collect and update customer information accurately
* Communicate professionally and courteously at all times
* Work closely with the appointments team to ensure a smooth booking process
* Meet daily and weekly call targets
About You:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous call centre or telephone-based experience (ideal)
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
