What You’ll Do as a Supply LSA: Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs. Adapt quickly to new classrooms and build positive relationships with staff and pupils. Assist teachers in creating an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Encourage and motivate children to achieve their personal best. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children is essential (previous SEN experience is a bonus). A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning) are an advantage but not essential. A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
