Job Overview
Would you like to join our senior leadership team providing high quality Inpatient Mental Health care across Gloucestershire? We are looking for a colleague to join us to support leading on the Hospitals portfolio. We are a compassionate and established team and this is an excellent development opportunity where you will be supported in your role.
You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of services including adults, later life, low secure and rehabilitation. We have a number of exciting projects underway across the division and you will work closely with key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of these.
As a leader, you will hold a professional registration and have proven leadership experience with a focus on delivering quality and innovation.
Success Will Be Measured By The Following Key Criteria:
