In this role, you will: Be the go-to financial expert for property services and asset management, offering clear and actionable advice. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and insight. Provide in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to simplify complex financial data and support decision-making. Support investment strategies, including sustainability initiatives, to maximise asset value. The ideal candidate will: Be a fully qualified or part-qualified finance professional with strong management accounting and business partnering experience. Have expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally within property or asset management. Possess advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Sum-ifs) with the ability to analyse and present complex data effectively. Be a confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with finance and non-finance teams.
