Molesey Community Hospital is a unit providing care and rehabilitation to promote health, maximise independence and quality of life. All patients are treated with dignity, respect, involved in decisions at all stages of their treatment and care and the team strives to achieve what matters most to the patients.
We are looking for dynamic, passionate and motivated nurse willing to continue to expand and develop their own skills and knowledge.
Main duties of the job
1. To work within the multi-disciplinary team.

3. To undertake clinical and team responsibilities relevant to the skills and competencies of the personal specification for this post.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
8. To work as part of the team and be accountable in the provision of a high standard of individual quality client care, within the agreed guidelines.
9. To treat all clients as individuals, respecting their privacy and dignity at all times.
10. To participate in the assessment process of care needs and implementation programmes of holistic care
11. Involving, supporting, informing and educating family/carers.
12. To take every opportunity to promote health and wellbeing of clients.
13. To work without direct supervision and to maintain close liaison with the Senior Team Member
14. To maintain clear and comprehensive, signed and contemporaneous records according to company procedures.
15. To maintain, develop and monitor standards of evidence based nursing care
16. To maintain own professional and clinical integrity in line with NMC guidelines.
17. To support/mentor team members and participate in clinical supervision activities.
18. To work in co-operation and partnership with all other professionals and agencies involved in the care of the client.
19. To be aware of and act upon when necessary, procedures that are in place to protect vulnerable individuals.
20. To participate in the company’s Clinical Governance Strategy.
21. To participate in the company’s Risk Management Strategy
22. To undertake any such other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with responsibilities and scale of the post.
