Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 5.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings, and collaboration.
You will work as part of the maintenance team responsible for maintaining the Council’s estate. Your duties will include assisting with the management of asbestos in non-housing and housing properties and carrying out surveys and sampling, as required. You will also assist in ensuring records are kept up to date.
Placing on the salary scale will be dependent on qualifications and experience
