Forest Close intensive rehabilitation service is accredited with the Royal College of Psychiatrists and rated good by the CQC. You will need to have strong leadership and management skills balanced with emotional intelligence.
You will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of leading and managing individuals and/or teams. You should be a confident, competent, and person-centred leader with a high level of clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation services.
The post holder will be expected to be a key member of the leadership team and to be able to lead and maintain high standards of recovery-focused care through established governance arrangements. You will need to possess a positive attitude towards caring for the service user population, be able to motivate and inspire others and have a desire to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of services.
Key Responsibilities:
