Role Overview:
As a Trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business development within a B2B environment. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and winning new business through effective communication and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Make outbound calls to potential clients to identify recruitment needs and generate new business opportunities.
2. Fact-Finding: Conduct thorough research and gather detailed information on clients and their industries to inform your recruitment strategies.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
4. Communication: Excel in verbal and written communication to convey the value of our services and address client queries effectively.
5. Job Briefing: Take detailed job briefs from clients, understanding their specific requirements and expectations for candidates.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and team members to align on client strategies and share best practices.
