I am looking for personal care for a Man
Drivers licence required: Yes
Own vehicle needed: Yes
Hours per week:
10 Hours per week, days and times to be discussed at interview, although every other Saturday will be needed.
Hourly pay rate:

Self-Employed support worker needed to support me in my own home and to access the community. I’m looking for someone special who can support me to get back to some form of normality. I have an acquired brain injury and willneed support for everyday life things.
My memory has been affected but I use reminders on my phone to prompt me to take my medication etc but can beeasily distracted so may need a reminder from you.
I can access the community but would like to do more and will need your support to get out and about.
I will need to be encouraged to complete certain things, like personal grooming and dressing and domestic taskswithin the home.
I have a very loving and supportive family; my partner and my two children are a constant support to me, but theyneed a break from time to time.
