Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in organising office procedures and daily operations
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support administrative tasks to ensure efficiency within the office
Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance in a professional manner

Learn to use Xero for financial record-keeping
Assist with human resources tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding
Follow and help implement office policies and procedures
Requirements
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Basic computer skills (training will be provided for Xero and Microsoft Office)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work well as part of a team
