Job Title: AP Clerk (12 Month FTC)
We are looking for an AP Clerk on a 12-month fixed-term contract to process invoices and payments, and provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Finance function to ensure effective and accurate financial and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
1. Process day-to-day financial transactions within an agreed control process to enable accurate creation of financial information.
2. Process, allocate, and monitor payments and receipts, ensuring assets and liabilities are appropriately stated in a timely manner.
3. Code, log, or match source documents promptly to enable efficient processing within the financial systems.
4. Communicate and resolve general enquiries via email or phone, escalating where appropriate, to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Reconcile transaction data with external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Capture transactional deficiencies and reason codes to produce key performance indicator information.

* Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel, and experience with finance systems.
* Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work efficiently.
