A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Designer of licensed children's character products to work for an established, dynamic and fun company during a very exciting period. The company supplies a wide range of products and is looking to recruit someone who will work as part of a dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities
1. To create exciting and high-quality designs across home textiles licensed products, including print-ready files.
2. Liaise with Licensors on internal and external projects ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines and production capabilities.
3. Identify and create mood boards based on key trends and themes tailored to character and market.
4. Create strong design decks for core ranges, internal projects, and customer-specific briefs.
5. Collaborate with the wider team on new developments and contribute innovative ideas.
6. Conduct regular market research and attend trade shows.
7. Liaise with product development and suppliers on production samples.
Skills Required:
1. The ideal candidate should have an excellent portfolio and experience working within an in-house creative department or other creative team environment.
2. Be able to present design work at various stages to internal and external stakeholders for review and final approval.
3. Organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
5. Ensure all work consistently meets established brand standards and guidelines.
6. Able to work quickly and efficiently with excellent communication skills.
7. Be professional, with a positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn.
8. Experience working across Europe and/or working with brands is helpful.
9. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint is essential.
10. Experience of preparing artwork for print and production is essential.
