We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager - Field Sales to spearhead our efforts in managing the Solutions Portfolio, with a strong emphasis on Mitel and Hosted Telephony. This exciting role focuses on expanding relationships within our existing Onecom Mobile and Solutions customer base while seizing new large opportunities driven by Lead Generation. What makes you a great fit: Proven experience in selling Fixed Line Solutions, with a particular focus on Mitel and Hosted telephony. Experience in DIA/Internet Connectivity sales. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, leveraging language effectively to gather insights and foster idea exchange. Proven ability to establish trust and credibility, nurturing long-lasting and successful relationships. Advanced proficiency in IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Innovative thinker with a knack for developing creative strategies and approaching challenges from fresh perspectives. Adaptable and resilient, capable of navigating change while maintaining focus on objectives and applying knowledge to new scenarios. Results-driven professional, consistently achieving goals within deadlines while delivering outstanding client service. Key responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Field Business BDMs team, offering expert overlay support for the Solutions Portfolio. Take ownership of achieving quarterly targets, focusing on increasing the number of existing mobile customers adopting Solutions. Manage opportunities and pipeline effectively to ensure sustained growth. Conduct audits and reviews of prospects’ telecommunications solutions, delivering consultative insights to enhance system performance and maximize efficiency. Participate in client meetings, draft proposals, support bids, conduct site surveys, and handle any pre-sales activities necessary to secure new business. Prepare service agreements and utilise internal systems to streamline order acceptance and facilitate smooth project delivery processes. Assist the Sales team in tender processes, including completing tender documents when required. Provide technical and bid support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with members of the Onecom Sales team. Collaborate with engineers and third-party providers to ensure exceptional customer service and an outstanding client experience.
