Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a BA
Experience as a Business Analyst on projects of varying size and complexity throughout the full project delivery lifecycle.
Experience of business change (people, process, AND technology) projects and initiatives
Experience in a variety of gathering, analysis and presentation techniques.
Experience in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile frameworks
Documentation – requirements documents, requirements list, impact analyses, gap analyses
Knowledge of potential sources of risk and how to mitigate their impact on project success.
Skill/Experience:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis, identify and document the needs and objectives of stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing processes.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration, act as a bridge, facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
Process Improvement and Solution Design, evaluate current processes and recommend improvements or design solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, or customer satisfaction.
