Job Description What Youll be Doing As ABusiness SupportAdministrator As a Business SupportAdministrator you will support our wider Operations and Leadership teams with a variety of tasks. Delivering the highest possible levels of service to both internal and external customers Scheduling, planning and record keeping of training completed by various functions within the business To assist the training department to maintain accurate records of training undertaken To assist with the creation and updating of presentations, newsletters and bulletins for multiple audiences as required Assisting with administration of required certification and training Book external venues and organising events for training Provide assistance in the onboarding process for New Hires Updating distribution lists, and shared mailboxes access for new starters and leavers Book travel and accommodation as required Raising of Supplier requisitions in JDE Any other reasonable duties as required This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Qualifications Experience of working in a multi-functional service delivery administration team Proven experience of customer and stakeholder liaison, ability to build rapport with your colleagues Sound Knowldege of all Microsoft Office 365, in particular excel, power point and teams Able to make informed recommendations and decisions within agreed limits Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines We really welcome a team player with a "Can Do" attitude who is open to learning and developing their career.
