Job Description:
1. Working as part of a busy team, the main duties of the Administrator include:
2. To support in the management with administration and use internal management system and comply with the laid down procedures when processing and managing customer orders.
3. To deal with internal and external queries in a pro-active and professional manner.
4. To ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to customers.
5. To effectively handle telephone and online enquiries both internally and externally.
6. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone and email.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals.
Administrator Profile:
1. The ideal Administrator MUST have experience in administration, at least 1 year. Full industry training will be provided.
2. Based in a thriving and fast-paced environment, it is essential that you are pro-active, enjoy resolving problems and providing first-class customer service.
3. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
4. Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
5. The ability to multitask and prioritise work is essential.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
