At Pelsall Village School, we are excited to open our first Specialist Resource Provision. These are specialist places commissioned by the local authority in mainstream settings.
We are proud to offer these specialist places to children with complex additional needs who can benefit from a mainstream setting. This initiative is part of Walsall’s Specialist Provision Review and the development of similar settings across Walsall. You will work alongside teachers and support staff in other SRPs as we develop them across Walsall, with significant training and development. This is an opportunity to shape the future of SEND provision in Walsall and a significant professional development opportunity for the right people.
Pelsall Village School SRP is based in a fantastic setting with access to exceptional outdoor learning opportunities. As a school, we support and nurture children with a wide range of needs. Our motto, “Every Child, Every Chance, Every Day,” perfectly describes our day-to-day work with our children and families.
This is great news for our current staff and for you! We can offer more opportunities for career development and more CPD than ever before! We are a fully inclusive school and enjoy the challenge of meeting the needs of every child in a unique way. Our practice is recognized as exceptional.
If you are an energetic, enthusiastic, and outstanding teacher with a clear understanding of SEND needs and a passion for supporting children with EHC plans, we would love for you to join our team and mold the ‘Outstanding’ provision we envision from our SRP.
