As our Member Engagement Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening the relationship between Lincolnshire Co-op and our members by planning, promoting and delivering engaging activities throughout the year. You'll take the lead in developing a programme of initiatives designed to connect with new and existing communities, particularly during key Society developments. Your work will involve analysing the success of these activities against key performance indicators and budgets, providing insights and recommendations for future engagement strategies. You will be responsible for driving new membership initiatives as outlined in the Membership strategy, supporting projects such as new member recruitment and exclusive benefits. As part of the wider Purpose & Proposition team, you will contribute to a broader programme of events that engage our members and local communities. In addition to event co-ordination, you will assist with general office duties, including handling event bookings, processing membership applications and answering enquiries. You will also be responsible for driving our promotional vehicle, ensuring timely arrival and setup for events. INDMP About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with people. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided. You will be highly customer-focused, both when working with external members and internal colleagues, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Strong written skills and an analytical mindset will be key, as you will be required to create reports, analyse data, and track performance against business objectives. Proficiency in Office 365 is essential, and knowledge of Lincolnshire Co-op and the wider co-operative business model would be an advantage. An understanding of GDPR and data protection best practices is also desirable. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are required, as you will be travelling to different locations to deliver member engagement activities.
