Trainee HR Consultant
Permanent / Full Time
Office-based with hybrid working arrangement and occasional travel to company / client sites.
£25,000 plus commission, CIPD training and membership and potential career progression.
Our range of support services are designed to provide professional help to employers where it may be inappropriate to have the additional overhead cost of an in-house professional.
We work across all industries and are respected for our pragmatic approach to problem solving and ensuring that we make the lives of our clients pain free by taking the stress out of HR issues.
About The Role
The Role:
Initially, the job holder will be expected to carry out the following main duties:
· Assist clients recruit the best people to their teams.
· Help clients understand how to best manage their people and comply with the law.
· Draft and prepare HR documentation for Clients.
· Help clients get the most out of their HR management software.
· Any other duties that are within the competence of the jobholder.
This role will suit ambitious individuals who have some in-house experience of managing people or working in a HR function role and are interested in exploring or advancing a career in HR.
Hours of work, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
BeyondHR reserve the right to enhance the criteria in the event of an unprecedented response.
BeyondHR will provide full training and will fund the appointees’ external training in order that they can attain a CIPD qualification.
