As a Car Park Attendant you will have a passion for great customer service and will provide a 5-star customer experience for all visitors to The Helix.
In this post your primary responsibility will be taking payment for parking from our visitors whilst also providing information about The Helix and other areas of interest around Falkirk and beyond. The role is vital to The Helix as in most cases you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and the impression you give them is the one that lasts. In addition to these tasks you will also be required to perform some basic tasks that help with the upkeep of The Helix, including litter picking and basic car park maintenance. We are looking for individuals who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.
The position is temporary and is 20 hours per week until 31st October, working between 09:00 and 17:00. The rota is on a variable shift pattern which operates across 7 days and will include regular weekend working.
