Our team of 500 employees across the UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal are revolutionising car-changing and we are fast expanding our mission across every single brand and country we operate in, so jump in THE ROLE As a Retention Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting Carwow’s Sell My Car product by retaining sales that are at risk of cancellation. Whether re-engaging sellers or liaising with dealers, you’ll work to keep sales on track and maximise value for all parties. Strong communication, organisation, and administrative skills are critical, as is the ability to handle a high-volume caseload while delivering excellent customer service. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Seller Retention: Proactively contact sellers whose sales are at risk of cancellation to explore re-listing opportunities. Dealer Retention: Liaise with dealers to resolve issues and keep sales on track. Customer Engagement: Conduct up to 50 calls daily to engage with sellers and dealers, delivering exceptional service and solutions. Administrative Excellence: Keep caseloads organised, updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Problem Solving: Address issues like delayed payments or collection concerns, coordinating resolutions efficiently. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute ideas to enhance the retention process. Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a focus on retention or sales. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to navigate conversations with empathy and persuasion, finding solutions that work for all parties. Strong IT literacy and the ability to manage CRM systems effectively.
