Duties

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports for management review.
7. Organise training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of success.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
3. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
5. Proficient in phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to engage with diverse clients.
7. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on market insights.
