St. Margaret's Church of England Academy is seeking a committed and proactive Nursery Lead to join our thriving school community, commencing February 2025.

The Role:
As a Nursery Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our young learners.
You will:
1. Hold Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and a suitable level 2 English qualification, or
2. Hold Level 6 qualification to be in Nursery
3. Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
4. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and engagement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
6. Embrace our Christian ethos and values to create a caring and inclusive classroom.
7. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build meaningful relationships within the school community.
