This role will focus on specialist cleaning, maintenance and repair work, and deep cleaning, while also building relationships with existing customers to generate additional work and manage all aspects of project pricing and delivery. Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities: Lead and manage Hard FM operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Oversee specialist cleaning, maintenance, repair work, and deep cleaning projects. Provide support to core contracts requiring specialist project delivery. Lead development of CAFM operations Line manages deep cleaning team and trackside works team Become our third responsible manager – signing odd project packs for trackside work/ line closures Lead higher risk projects and be responsible for risk management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers around special project budgets Identify opportunities to generate additional work from existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all specialist project-related inquiries. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute projects. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Provide support for Trackside work sign off Develop pricing strategies for all specialist projects. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings. Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards. Implement and monitor quality control procedures. Prepare regular reports on project performance and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of all project activities and financials. The ideal candidate Ideally a Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in scoping and pricing projects Extensive experience in facilities management, with a focus on Hard FM operations. Proven track record in project management and customer relationship management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Able to travel UK wide and complete occasional night and weekend work Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
