Location: 17 Europa View, Sheffield Business Park, Sheffield, S9 1HX
Contract type: Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Rate: £25,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as our new Finance Administrator in Sheffield.
As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play an essential part in supporting the accounting and financial controls team in the day-to-day running of the finance function at Exemplar Health Care.

About the Role
As a Finance Administrator with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll primarily focus on monitoring and posting personnel expenses and company credit cards, processing payments, maintaining accurate cash flow reporting, and posting journals including accruals and prepayments. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Completing bank reconciliations for multiple entities - ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all transactions
2. Updating and managing cash flow
3. Creating and processing payments/refunds and banking of cheques when required
4. Assisting in processing and reimbursing expense claims in accordance with company policy
5. Assisting in processing company credit card returns
6. Processing the group cashless card banking/transactions weekly
7. Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes and telephone queries
8. Providing support to the month-end processes, ensuring deadlines are met
9. Assisting with external audit requirements
10. Posting journals including accruals and prepayments
11. Assisting in payroll and apprenticeship levy posting
12. Assisting in processing the weekly agency invoice
13. Carrying out any other ad-hoc finance administrative tasks as required by the Finance Team.
