Responsibilities of the Project Manager
* Manage a water-related construction project, safely delivering works, completing within programme, managing costs, and delivering to the client's specification/requirements.
* Manage project delivery.
* Liaise with Design Team.
* Formulate and implement procurement strategy.
* Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports.
* Make line managers aware of key issues and solutions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, supply chain, and local authorities.
* Produce and manage contract programme.
* Understanding of Engineering Principles & extensive technical knowledge.
Role Requirements of the Project Manager
* Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering or HND in Civil Engineering.
* Ideally, water & civils project experience.
* Understanding of Engineering Principles.
* Knowledge and understanding of construction contract law and forms of contract.
