In this role, you will:
* Manage disrepair cases from start to finish, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration to resolve issues promptly
* Assess claims, determine liability, and coordinate repairs with surveyors and contractors
* Advise on litigation strategy and work with legal counsel
* Track budgets and contractor payments
* Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
We are looking for someone with:
* Knowledge of disrepair legislation
* Understanding of repairs, maintenance, and landlord/tenant law
* Strong IT and data analysis skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Customer service focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
* An ability to become a great ambassador for Bromford.
This role is available as a full time 12 month fixed term contract. You can be based from either of our main offices in Wolverhampton or Lichfield with remote work options. A basic DBS is required.
