About the Role:
This role exists to control raw material stock on the MRP system and provide an information service to the Operations Team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain records of stock on the MRP system.
* Operate, update, and control the MRO system with respect to the control and issues of all materials for manufacturing operations.
* Conduct departmental stock taking activities.
* Assist the Group Leaders in planning of manufacturing activities.
* Control, dispense, issue, and dispose of controlled drugs in line with company procedures and Home Office guidelines.
* Play a key role in ongoing improvement activities related to departmental systems and documentation materials control.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Maintain and review COSHH Assessments.
* Ensure timely clearance and forwarding of batch documents.
* Perform any other ancillary tasks allocated by line management.
