We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase our customer base and optimize our marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will manage the growth marketing budget, enhance the customer experience, and track performance metrics to ensure our growth objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the company website and build effective landing pages for campaigns.
* Optimize conversion rates across all digital platforms.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy utilizing digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, paid social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
* Identify and remove bottlenecks in the marketing funnel to enhance the customer experience.
* Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.
* Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, cost per opportunity (CPO), return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
* Generate reports to provide insights into funnel performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
* Ensure effective lead capture and nurture strategies are in place.
* Continuously evaluate and recommend new marketing channels, tactics, and technologies.

Desired Profile and Experience
* 5+ years of experience in b2b marketing, with a focus on funnel management, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
* Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing funnels to drive business results.
* Knowledge of customer journey mapping and user experience optimization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic data-driven decisions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
