We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the preparation and service of over 300 meals per day in a busy kitchen environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent food safety knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage a small kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Oversee meal preparation, cooking, and service to a high standard
* Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation and hygiene procedures
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
* Monitor hygiene standards, manage stock, and maintain a clean kitchen environment
Essential Requirements
* Experience supervising or managing a team in a busy kitchen
* Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3 certification (required)
* Strong working knowledge of food safety and kitchen legislation
* Proven customer service skills
* Enhanced DBS (required)
