Reporting into the Head of Planning, we’re looking for a media planning and buying focussed audio investment specialist who will create impressive media plans that fully achieve client briefs. This role is a combination of media planning, campaign management, client servicing and negotiation to deliver campaign results that show the breadth of expertise within the Investment department and innovation within the agency.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and implement strategic media plans for clients, focusing on radio and digital audio platforms, ensuring optimal use of media budgets
* Work alongside the Client Services team to maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
* Oversee the execution of media campaigns, from initial briefing to final evaluation, ensuring KPIs are met
* Negotiate media buys with media owners to ensure the best value and performance for the client
* Provide post-campaign analysis and regular performance reports, making recommendations for future campaigns
Skills and experience you’ll need to have:
* AV (linear TV, digital audio and radio) media planning and buying experience gained within a media agency
* Expertise creating media plans and fully managing campaigns from end to end, ensuring client needs are met
* Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills, ensuring maximum value for clients
* A communicator and team player, able to work solo and as part of a team, contributing to the overall agency success
* Strong passion for advertising and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends
