As part of our growth aspirations, we’re looking to expand the business by employing a Sales Manager to join our small but mighty team.
Bettaquip are a leading specialist in supplying restaurant, café and commercial kitchen design and fit out solutions for our prestigious clients.
Description
Working in a small but mighty team, backed by a larger group of companies, you’ll be leading the sales effort to nurture existing relationships and key accounts to ensure Bettaquip is at the forefront of our customers’ mind.
You will be leading the drive to find potential new business opportunities and accounts to be managed by you and the team at all stages of project development, through to order and project fit out supported by the Project Manager and Technical Director.
The role is target-based and Bettaquip will also work with you to develop your own key accounts for future success. Business development tasks will include developing our established customer base, re-engaging existing business customer lists and exploring new customer opportunities through market research and identifying leads to contact.
You’ll be supported by the head office group marketing team on a weekly basis to develop leads into projects, generated from the outbound and inbound efforts of the marketing team.
You’ll be required to confidently engage and effectively communicate with key-decision makers and technical staff at target organisations. You will input captured data and help ensure that data stored on the company CRM is up to date and kept to a high degree of accuracy.
You’ll act as the account manager between the internal departments of ifse that include design, estimating, project management and construction as well as the client and will ensure that Bettaquip’s work is the best it can be.
Regardless of your experience in this industry we will consider anyone with the passion to develop their skills and provide the best service. The team will provide full training to ensure that you are up to speed and getting the necessary support to be successful.
What we’re looking for:

* Proactive and able to work independently
* Have excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills
* Be able to take a brief from the client and relay this back to create excellent design solutions
* Enjoy working within a busy team environment
* Have an understanding/knowledge of commercial catering equipment and all associated works required to equip a commercial kitchen
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

* A competitive salary and sales-based commission
* Company car allowance (potential to move to company car scheme after 12 months)
* After 12 months service a discretionary annual bonus (generally paid in May) which is related to the success of the group company for the year – as we’re an EOT that can be tax-free up to the value of £3.6k
