Property OfficerIn this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships to source properties, and procure long term contracts, utilising your strong communication skills. You will manage an assigned caseload and travel accordingly to secure the properties. You will also carry out procurement administration and meet the set targets required in line with the relevant legislation.You will need to be living in the Reading area to apply.Duties includeManaging assigned caseloadsTravelling to meet stakeholdersEnsure agreed values and ethical standards are met in line with supply chain contractsDevelop and maintain partnerships with local authorities and other stakeholders ensuring compliance at every level.All values, ethical standards, policies and procedures are metManage and report on performance targetsWork with managers and head of department to meet contractual and company requirementsYou will need to work closely with your line manager and team members, collaborating and attending meetings as required.
