Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for guests prior to arrival, conducting pre-arrival checks to personalize their stay.
2. Manage room allocations and updates, ensuring accuracy in inventory and availability in Opera, and coordinate with revenue management on discrepancies and overbookings.
3. Coordinate with reservations to ensure timely prepayment handling and maintain up-to-date guest profiles.
4. Control inventory and adhere to selling policies as per Revenue Manager’s guidelines.
5. Ensure departmental alignment with guest activities and attend daily morning meetings to discuss arrivals.
6. Assist department managers with guest inquiries and service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Passionate about delivering high-quality service.
2. Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
3. Experience with Opera property management system is desirable.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills.
