Responsibilities:
* Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness.
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always.
* Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, enhancing overall profitability of the gym.
* Effectively manage controllable costs such as stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend.
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit.
* Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level consistently.
* Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate.
* Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym.
* Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard.
* Deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential.
* Report facilities & maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
* Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions.
* Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations.
* Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whether on shift or not.

Requirements:
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
* Strong leadership qualities.
* Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers.
* A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity.
* A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role.
* Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
