* Opening and closing files
* Conducting AML checks
* Accurate audio typing
* Supporting fee earners
* Using online accounts (e.g., The Land Registry, anti-money laundering searches)
* Operating office equipment (scanning, copying, printing)
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years legal secretarial experience, ideally within Commercial Property
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Accurate audio typing speeds
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
Experience with a case management system is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.Benefits to you:
