Job Description JOB TITLE: Director, Head of B2B Payments Enablement & Commercialisation LOCATIONS: Edinburgh / Birmingham / London HOURS: Full-Time WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites About This Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Head of B2B Payments Enablement & Commercialisation, to join our Commercial Cards team. This is a newly created, senior leadership role where you'll be accountable for driving the commercialisation of opportunities for commercial card solutions to be used for B2B payments. You'll partner with our Sales and Account Management teams we well as product to define and drive forward a clear strategy that enables strong commercial outcomes and growth, aligned to the business strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Cards, you'll play a key role as part of the Commercial Card Leadership Team. This role provides a great opportunity to take ownership, define, shape and deliver a vision and implement to plan. The Commercial Card business is transforming and growing, so they couldn't be a better time to join us Your accountabilities will include: Define the strategy and approach for commercialisation of B2B opportunities. Advocate for B2B Payments across the Group. Partner effectively with Sales and Account Management to drive forward and deliver to plan. Lead, coach, mentor the team enabling high performance. Be responsible for the articulation of the B2B strategy. Be a collaborator and build an end to end supplier payment proposition across all products. What You’ll Need Experience in and understanding of Commercial Cards Expertise in B2B Payments Commercial competence Ability to develop a customer centric story Strong leadership skills Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to think laterally, be innovative and find creative solutions Exceptional partner management skills and experience working with both internal and external partners And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful Leading commercial agreements and P&L management.
