And that's where you come in Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team serving Businesses and their Employees You will be a key individual responsible for all sales outreach and administrative support behind the EZOO team to create lead generation We are creating a new element to this role to expand our offering to our existing customers who are already in our cars, to offer them the opportunity to save money by taking a new car via Salary Sacrifice where the opportunity permits them to do so Location / Address: Edison Hub, 100 Carnegie Road, Hillington, Glasgow, G52 4JZ Responsibilities: You will become a “systems expert” on our CRM system, ZOHO Manage and maintain ZOHO - data entry, lead management, maintain data quality standards. Supporting the chasing and workflow management process for customers, including, cancellations and swapping, supporting to be retained on the EZOO product set Using Microsoft Excel for data entry and building database Use Microsoft Exel to compile reports Using Microsoft Outlook - provide full account management including calendar management, scheduling, and attending customer meetings, distributing actions Be a first responder to customers – for retention and growth Use outbound recruitment data and sourcing tool “Leadoku” for research, responding to queries and handing initial inbound queries Use Microsoft Word to create and format documents Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create and format presentations for clients Work with your Line Manager as well as the wider team including Account Managers to deliver efficient driver onboarding, order processing and foster a continuous improvement in our service and adaptability to a business’s ever-changing needs What we are looking for: Required skills: Comfortable using Office 365 applications Passion for customer service – enjoys talking to people Excellent written, verbal and listening skills Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable Working week: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. [40hrs a week] (there is flexibility to work a Saturday and will gain time off in lieu) Salary: £18,000 per annum.
