Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their well-established, purpose-built care home, which specialises in nursing and dementia care for older adults. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents during night shifts. * Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
* Passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults, particularly those with dementia
* Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

* Delivering person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
* Administering medication and managing care plans in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards

* Conducting regular health assessments and responding to any clinical needs during night shifts
