Job summary Gray Healthcare are recruiting a new team of mental health support workers within the Fulwood area of Preston to support a lady in her 40's who has a diagnosis of Paranoid Schizophrenia, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Main duties of the job To support a lady with a good sense of humour, someone who isnt too serious and has an interest in cooking, bingo, and activities such as swimming and outdoor walks. She will be supported by a mixed gender team on mixed shifts of days and waking nights. Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments. You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months.
