We are seeking Residential Support Workers to work in a boarding environment at Gretton School, an independent specialist school for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions. Our focus is on making sure each young person feels safe and cared for in a warm and homely boarding house. Your input will be key in achieving positive outcomes. The role involves working 45 hours on early shifts (Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday 7am-5pm, Wednesday - Friday 7am-4pm) and 32 hours on late shifts (Mon-Thurs 2:30pm-10:30pm), with sleep-in duties as required. You will work term-time only, with no weekends or school holidays. We are passionate about supporting the development of social, life and independence skills, and we truly want to make a difference in the lives of young people.
